Very positive stay in a functional hotel. I got free upgrade and loved it. Juice bar and good pool. The airport was 0.5 miles away.
It was a characterful base for our great stay. Clean place, very welcoming staff, nice location. Very comfy beds, well-kept rooms and large bath. The service provided there was amazing.
I loved it, and I found the stuff SO POLITE. Immaculate room, really big and overall clean.
The place was gorgeous, we truly enjoyed it. Their housekeeper rocks! You can see city from your window. Besides, parking was available nearby👍❤😃
We loved breakfast and service plus the views were beautiful! We went there for nightlife, awesome hotel.
Modern vibe; food quality was wonderful
We were greeted enthusiastically by everyone we met. We'd come from Vieques where it was a very "island" style of laid back service. At La Concha, we had a great luxury hotel experience with the service.
The hotel has been revamped with a modern / art deco feel that is minimilistic and nice. The rooms were redone as well with new applicances and modern furntiture. Overall I think they did a nice job with the look / feel of the hotel. The staff is really (genuinely) nice. I have to comment particularly on the door staff. The guys out front getting cars / taxis were so friendly and amazing. They just put you in such a great mood coming in / out of the hotel. Kudos to them!
Do not, under any circumstances think that you can sleep on the pull out. We had a ocean view king suite (front room with seperate bedroom) and even that had the worst pull out sofa we've ever been on. The hotel claims that you can sleep people on this but I wouldnt put anyone on this bed. We had to ask the hotel for an airbed and slept our 3rd person on the floor; it was really pathetic. Initially we asked for an extra mattress to put on top of the first one but they could not accomodate and ended up giving us a twin air mattress. One person ended up sleeping on a not so comfortable couch and the other on the floor.
staff very friendly and professional
sorry i only have numerous complaints
Great hotel and very well located in San Juan. Staff are good, nice and efficient. The hotel doesn't feel crowded and the food is good. Highly recommended.
I was very disappointed with the restaurant called "La Perla". The food and staff are good, but we went dinner when there was a party underneath the restaurant. The music was loud and the bass made our table shaking. Not great because we excepted a very quiet and romantic dinner.
It was such beatiful hotel. The location was great, the hotel was out of this world, clean, beatiful and it was on the beach.I Travell a lot and go to many nice hotels, but I can say that this was the best hotel I have been to so far.the decor in the room was really nice and bright plus it had a kichen if you prefered to eat in.All in all I have nothing but praise for this hotel and will be going back.i will like to add how easy it was to book it throught Booked.net
When I reserved the reservation slip indicated 1250$ yet the final invoice was 1600$ which is inacceptable, you didnt mention when reserbing that the hotel charges 33$ resort fees????
I like every thing in La Concha renaissance San Juan Resort, the staff were friendly i feel like home, they treat me like a queen, i loved thier smile and the way they welcome visitors, they were really wonderfull, they are respective, kind, i dont want to name because every body all staff excellent, i recommended this hotel to every body travelling to Puerto Rico. I would like to thank all the staff
Sneaky $34 resort fee a day
We loved the beautiful view of the ocean from our room. Our room had very nice amenities. There were several restaurants as well as shopping within walking distance of the hotel.
We were not happy to find the $48 resort fee (for a one night stay) on our bill. The fee had been referred to as something else on our reservation confirmation and was 16%...a little misleading.
